Payment PolicyFirearms classes require a deposit to ensure your enrollment. The deposit is typically 50% of the class fee.
The remainder of the class fee will be due on the day of the class, and must be paid in full to be eligible to receive your certificate. Applicable discounts will be applied on the day of class. Upon submitting your enrollment form, you will be automatically directed to a payment page to make your deposit and complete your enrollment. Cancellation PolicyXodus Group, LLC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or combine any classes it deems necessary to ensure the integrity of the instruction.
In the event that Xodus Group cancels a class for which you have submitted a deposit, you will be notified, and given the option to apply your deposit to another class or receive a refund. If you are unable to attend a class for which you are enrolled, you are required to give 7 days advance notice in writing by email to receive a refund of your deposit. Medical emergencies not withstanding, failure to give sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Contact Us
